Program Description: Inner child work/healing offers a unique approach to addressing unmet childhood needs and healing the associated wounds. Regardless of our age, our younger selves continue to influence us based on our childhood perceptions. The impact of this wounded inner child manifests in various unhealthy behaviors such as anger, anxiety, demotivation, depression, and procrastination, affecting our daily lives as adults.
